Sc Hongya Qinggong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) was established in February 2021 with a registered capital of 80 million yuan. It is a mixed-ownership enterprise that aligns with national policy, focusing on the comprehensive utilization of solid waste resources.The company's flagship investment initiative, the "Hongya County Yuping Town Glauberite Mine Waste Resource Utilization and Ecological Environmental Protection Project" (hereinafter referred to as the project), is situated in Fubao village, Yuping town, Hongya county, designated as a pivotal development and construction undertaking within the Meishan city. The project aims to centrally manage solid waste from glauberite mines, by utilizing this waste as a raw material, the project endeavors to produce innovative building gypsum and associated by-products (ammonium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate). This approach stands out as one of the most efficient methods for comprehensive resource utilization and transforming waste into valuable resources. The project boasts a total planned investment of 330 million yuan and integrates patented technologies from the Institute of Process Engineering Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Comprehensive Utilization of Zheng Zhou Mineral Resources of the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences, these technologies facilitate the advanced separation of glauberite mine waste, ensuring resource utilization, harmless treatment, and comprehensive utilization.It has successfully established the world's first industrial-scale production facility using sodium sulfate as a raw material to simultaneously produce ammonium sulfate fertilizer and low-chlorine sodium bicarbonate. Currently under construction is a production line utilizing glauberite mine to produce high-strength type II anhydrous gypsum, cement retarders, cement grinding aids, and gypsum mortar. Once the entire project is completed, it will have an annual processing capacity of 400000 tons of glauberite mine waste, annual production of 100000 tons of ammonium sulfate fertilizer,100000 tons of low-chlorine sodium bicarbonate, 200000 tons of Type II anhydrous gypsum, 100000 tons of cement retarders, and 100000 tons of cement grinding aids. At full production capacity, the project is projected to generate annual sales revenue exceeding 800 million yuan, with profits and taxes estimated at 50 million yuan. The initiative is also expected to create over 300 new job opportunities.Once finalized, the project will effectively address the existing issue of glauberite mine waste in Hongya, mitigating environmental pollution and minimizing overall environmental impact. Additionally, it will offer centralized treatment for glauberite mine waste throughout the entirety of Meishan city. The project's positive outcomes extend beyond economic benefits to encompass significant social and environmental advantages, thereby fostering the sustainable development of a green economy in Hongya county and Meishan city.
